武当秘技| 神剑门·阴阳五行追魂
【内宅】
武当派起源于元代,兴起于明代。 由张三丰创立于湖北省均州(丹江口市)太和山(武当山),牢固地称为武当派和武当道。 供奉真武帝为主神。 事实上,武当山在明代以前就早已是道教活动的圣地。 汉魏以前,相传不少丑角隐士在此隐居修行。

一、阴阳五行逐魂修炼内功法

五行阴阳功法:

3.阴阳与五行追魂

内家功法,视之无形,听之无声。总使人阐明于前代,但难传于后世,其原因是,非过即不及。语言繁琐,文字诡秘。令人找不到,摸不着。此乃违犯返朴之道也。正如武当楹联所云:“修玄妙诀无多语,识破原来笑煞人。”一如射箭无的放矢,言念及此,发愿翻而求之,乃将少林架子翻成内功。纳入文字之中。如此则有目的有着落。功法是由空间而求显实。余常谓徒曰:“写字抒剑气,作画发文光。”字是宏观,画是微观。写字作画在于执笔。笔有锋、有芒,锋芒向内是布气,锋芒向外是纵神,内劲出焉。笔动有阴阳,有刚柔,有吞吐,有伸缩,有转折,有迂回,有起落,有向背。思之于笔先,发之于纸后(力透纸背)。写字行拳同是在手,写字就是操手。手在乎自己,它是自己的手,亦动亦静,从心所欲。字有万千,功有多种,过多则不精,不及则不成。所以按四时二十四节,择出二十四字。以资便于操手。谓之二十四字诀。又称之二十四字拳,乃神剑门之字拳也。此中有术有法有数有诀,非亲传(口授)不可得。先悟后得,则万法归于一个运字而成字拳矣。
晋时有白云上人者,道号紫真子。曾传书诀与王羲之,王羲之乃右将军,本系武人而竟精于书法,留名于后世。足证文武兼修,是有根源的。观夫书诀,它说明混元之理,刚柔之法,运用阴阳之道。其神、其气、其力,处处与内功技击相吻合,神心相印,余乃师之,遂有字拳之作,并以之用于单丁杀敌,多寡悬殊,竟能克敌致胜,实践之下盖亦神矣。
我与白云上人,从晋到宋元,上下千百年,虽未见其人,而吾实得其道通其神。精诚所感,如同亲授。因此我称之为神传的神拳。
字诀经王羲之于永和九年镌之于石,奇迹尚存,希望智者审之辨之,方知余言之不谬也。
兹将书法之神、气、力,纳入技击,形之于字。综合出六字真言,以示后世。详列于此:字写龙行草,拳练急就篇。囷囤四围固,团团(混)囫囵圆。道道连连进,达达迭迭还。时时刻刻练,日久字通玄。

武当秘技| 神剑门·阴阳五行追魂
【内宅】
武当派起源于元代,兴起于明代。 由张三丰创立于湖北省均州(丹江口市)太和山(武当山),牢固地称为武当派和武当道。 供奉真武帝为主神。 事实上,武当山在明代以前就早已是道教活动的圣地。 汉魏以前,相传不少丑角隐士在此隐居修行。
晋太康[280-290]谢道同辞官入道。 西行武当,在石室中修行。 唐太宗年间,姚坚曾任武当节度使,后隐居武当。 他在武当五龙观诵《易》,隐居武当九世岩二十余年。 元代有法师叶希真、刘道明、华东真等任武当秘籍[即道官]。 ,武当山被士兵烧毁。

大约始于明代。 武当山虽然在唐代开始兴建道观,但真正的鼎盛时期是在明代。 明成祖朱棣即位,推崇武当道教,动员民工三十万; 武当山历时13年,建成八殿、二寺、三十六庵、七十二岩寺、十寺等33座建筑群。 二祠、十二亭、三十九桥等,绵延140里。 建筑格局是工部根据经书真武修仙的故事设计的。
明永乐十一年(1413年)、永乐十二年所建的武当山紫霄观大雄宝殿梁上至今尚存文字。 天天门崖壁上有“一柱撑天”四个大字,气势磅礴。 天柱峰顶的太和殿又称金殿,供奉着张三丰铜鎏金坐像。 武当道教的黄金时代就是在这个时候开始的,武当武道门派也是在这个黄金时代兴起的。
据《王正南墓志》记载,记载最早教授内家拳的人。 是陕西的王总,王总传给了温州的陈周同,在张松溪的手中成了一道风景。 张松溪于正德元年(1506年)前后生于温州。 1620年左右卒于贵州玉屏。 张松溪自称得到张三丰真传,是武当派第三代传人。

阴阳五行追魂手是武当神剑派的分支。

一、阴阳五行逐魂修炼内功法
玄剑门修真武技,是在身心修炼和参悟中逐渐形成的实战速杀技法。 (不排除历代防奸防身术的积累)。 因此,它十分注重内外兼修,以内修为本,外练为用。 阴阳五行追魂手配合《武当紫霄玄真内丹功》第三套功法——阴阳五行功夫《金丹功法》功法广泛,内丹的修炼自然少不了.当然,为了健身,你也可以直接练习,也没有坏处。

《易》曰:一阴一阳谓之道。 修道者,亦修阴阳之道。 丹田培元,无中生有,甚静而活,承阳抱阴,督升辞,此自阴阳亦相交。 以自身真水,与天地阴阳交融,白天汇聚日精,夜间凝聚月光,不断积聚宇宙高能,最终完成筑基功夫; 平日清心除忧,弃欲弃情,多行善事,无忧无虑。 空虚从容,终于完成了功夫的修炼。 在六根寂静处,一念不生,才有发呆、出神的机会。 一阳来去,日光三照,廊开,真气降地,方能成就大天功。 也就是说,紫玄丹功在丹田培元、紫雾周天之后,并不急于运转大周天(何澈),而是通过阴阳、五行、七星玄境、皇庭玉丹这三套功法。 以内外阴阳淬炼金液,安炉安鼎,采药材,储物。 五气趋元,三花聚于上,紫气东来,则引栏填塞,炼纯阳。 于是,智慧与神灵通神,渡鹤游玄,悠然烘字,超越凡人圣人,达到长生不老之境。 所以,日月相交,五行反转,是紫玄丹功的关键技法,而由此演化出的武学绝技,在整个玄剑修炼武学中,占据了很大的比重。
五行阴阳功法:
1、根据丹田功和子午周天功的功法,每排需要108个呼吸。 以子午八卦连环诀盘腿坐或立无极混圈桩为佳。
2、坐或站,观想气穴中的丹球呈紫色,下移至肾,肾气为黑色袋子,丹球慢慢吸收肾而振动成黑色,36息; 右移至肝,吸蓝肝气放出变蓝,吸气36,心上移,球吸心气变红,忘息默数36; 移脾中,丸纳脾气变黄,呼气24; 24个电话; 下移人肾,改变群色,36呼。 再依相克关系,即水肾克火,心克余,肺克木,肝克土,脾克水肾,依次观想。
3、观想海水从海底(会阴部)涌出,波涛蔚蓝。 初升的太阳放出金光,照耀全身,再观想银白色的月亮从山根祖窍(根与玉枕的中点)升起,照耀全身。 气孔中的炼金球吸收日月精华,逐渐变大,最终炼金球将触及太阳。 月与体吸收一百零八息后,丹体变小,大如芥子,晶莹剔透,光亮坚硬。
4、丹田功夫静坐法、阴阳并用法、三域结合法、收功法。
5、每天中午两点,练习阴阳掌功法:盘腿而坐,短脸在身前,取直径约23寸的茶杯,置于膝前,倒入热水(左)和冷水(右)。 双手掌心向下,虎口相对,置于杯口。 观想冷热之气被老宫吸入丹田,形成丹球。 呼气,丹气化为阴阳之气,分别从左右劳宫涌出,抵御外热寒气。 练气108息,再练丹田培元功坐姿,三田合一,收功法。 如果热水换成药水,就是明阳掌了。
6、五雷掌功法静练: 五雷掌功法是五雷电、霹雳手绝学的内功之一。 也属于五行功夫的修炼。 《内经》云:“东方青色归肝,声角八;西方五白,归肺,声商九;北方黑,它通过肾脏,它的健康羽毛,它的六号。

1.白虎掠食(金)
两足前后站立,约与肩同宽,体重分配,前三后七,双手高举,抱抱合挤,劳宫相对,猫步虎步,春踏地,目视前方,如猛虎捕食,腰塌胯合,双手内翻,重心分配,前四后六,推按斩牌,力圆,声是“昂嗷”,声音如虎啸。 借力反弹,手如钩,抱抓穴,前三后七,恢复虎伏,静心安神,全身放松,如此反复,风随虎行。
2.青龙圣元(木)

修炼五行之力有两种方法:柔和刚。 阴柔练法,意在不用力,而要缓慢移动。 在静态和动态的操控过程中,可以在空气和水中仔细体验体内的各种感受。 阳刚练法是利用迅猛的爆发力,结合各种轻柔身法,练习推劈棚撑、抱吊、扭扭扣锁、肘击、绊刺等各种技术。力度一定要清爽顺畅。 五式动作虽简单,但武术手法丰富多样。 想要将内功中的阴阳两种振动转化为整体的圆润、爆发力,就必须多练习一些基础的功法。 练气时切记不可动气,要以意导形,以形灭劲,注意自我觉察动作的外神和内感应。 在缓动刚发的过程中,内功不动则自动,不练则自练。 法诀曰:内炼真气,忘我忘我,刚柔相济,动元神现。
3.阴阳与五行追魂
外功手法,又名铁砂掌,可以增强掌法的威力,检验内功的效果。 具体做法如下:
1、取一二尺长的结实布袋,袋中装满细沙的一半,用手掌打、砍、剁、反手。 全身放松,落下靠重力撞击沙袋,不要用力,暗运内振。 如果一掌拍打,沙子就会分成两边,然后换成铁砂和细砂对半,最后换成铁砂。

3、取一个洗脸盆,底部铺上细沙,盛满清水,用手掌拍打水面。 一开始只会升起水花。 经过长期的练习,水花会逐渐变小,细沙也会分成两部分。 如果你能把细沙打过水,把它四处分开,你的手就完了。
4.阴阳五行追魂武功简介
这里我们仅以五行劲动作为例,简单介绍一下武术的内涵。 不过,实战瞬息万变,这里只能提一件事,不提一切玄机。 只有在训练中才能理解,在模拟实战中才能掌握。

内家功法,视之无形,听之无声。总使人阐明于前代,但难传于后世,其原因是,非过即不及。语言繁琐,文字诡秘。令人找不到,摸不着。此乃违犯返朴之道也。正如武当楹联所云:“修玄妙诀无多语,识破原来笑煞人。”一如射箭无的放矢,言念及此,发愿翻而求之,乃将少林架子翻成内功。纳入文字之中。如此则有目的有着落。功法是由空间而求显实。余常谓徒曰:“写字抒剑气,作画发文光。”字是宏观,画是微观。写字作画在于执笔。笔有锋、有芒,锋芒向内是布气,锋芒向外是纵神,内劲出焉。笔动有阴阳,有刚柔,有吞吐,有伸缩,有转折,有迂回,有起落,有向背。思之于笔先,发之于纸后(力透纸背)。写字行拳同是在手,写字就是操手。手在乎自己,它是自己的手,亦动亦静,从心所欲。字有万千,功有多种,过多则不精,不及则不成。所以按四时二十四节,择出二十四字。以资便于操手。谓之二十四字诀。又称之二十四字拳,乃神剑门之字拳也。此中有术有法有数有诀,非亲传(口授)不可得。先悟后得,则万法归于一个运字而成字拳矣。
晋时有白云上人者,道号紫真子。曾传书诀与王羲之,王羲之乃右将军,本系武人而竟精于书法,留名于后世。足证文武兼修,是有根源的。观夫书诀,它说明混元之理,刚柔之法,运用阴阳之道。其神、其气、其力,处处与内功技击相吻合,神心相印,余乃师之,遂有字拳之作,并以之用于单丁杀敌,多寡悬殊,竟能克敌致胜,实践之下盖亦神矣。
我与白云上人,从晋到宋元,上下千百年,虽未见其人,而吾实得其道通其神。精诚所感,如同亲授。因此我称之为神传的神拳。
字诀经王羲之于永和九年镌之于石,奇迹尚存,希望智者审之辨之,方知余言之不谬也。
兹将书法之神、气、力,纳入技击,形之于字。综合出六字真言,以示后世。详列于此:字写龙行草,拳练急就篇。囷囤四围固,团团(混)囫囵圆。道道连连进,达达迭迭还。时时刻刻练,日久字通玄。
